Self-Serve Heated Display Case
Fri-Jado's MDD-48-5 is a 48-inch wide, self-serve display food warmer with an open front and 5 ultra-thin shelves, each with heat-resistant LED lighting above. Each shelf's temperature can be adjusted individually or turned off completely, the temperature range is 104° to 158° Fahrenheit (40° to 70° Celsius). The shelves' angles can also be adjusted to better display the products inside.
This merchandiser is available with a solid back or an open pass-through back. It uses conduction heat and hot air recirculation for each shelf, keeping foods fresh for up to 4 hours. It has a simple on/off switch for lighting and heating, plus takes fewer than 30 minutes to warm up.
The MDD-48-5 has back insulation, double pane glass on both sides, as well as a front bumper to prevent damage from shopping carts. It comes on castors for easily maneuverability and even includes a price rail set.
