Product Description

The Select Small Market Package features 96” tall free-standing fixtures with LED lighting on top to illuminate the merchandise below! The market is constructed of HPL (High Pressure Laminate) with a slat-wall hardware mounting system giving modularity to fit the products you have.

Select Small Market Package Components:

  • (1) 24” IUMB-2496 Counter Fixture
  • (1) 48" IM-4896 Snack Fixture
  • (1) Cooler with Health-Safety Lock
  • (1) Beverage Cooler, no Health-Safety Lock

What is a Health-Safety Lock?

A Health-Safety Lock is a smart lock system that constantly monitors the food storage compartment temperature to ensure it is operating correctly. If the temperature rises above the trigger point for 30 minutes, the unit automatically locks the door preventing access to potentially hazardous food. The unit can be unlocked manually for food inspection. The system features a batter backup to ensure the system functions during a power outage situation.
